2. Calculator Estimations & Assumptions

All calculator results (SIP, Lumpsum, CAGR, XIRR, EMI, Retirement, Inflation) are hypothetical mathematical illustrations based on user-entered inputs and default return/inflation assumptions.

Calculations do NOT guarantee actual future returns, interest rates, tax liabilities, or capital growth. Market-linked investments are subject to market risks, including loss of principal.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Misrepresent MicroInvestments.in as a SEBI-registered advisory service or guaranteed returns provider.
• Attempt to breach or probe platform security or network infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logo designs, calculator algorithms, text, graphics, UI components, and software code on MicroInvestments.in are the intellectual property of Aditya Agrawal and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MicroInvestments.in and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or investment losses resulting from reliance on information, calculators, or AI responses provided on the Platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
